when i start my car when its cold, (not run for a while) the rpm shoots up to 3k. But if i tap my gas pedal just once, the slightest little tap, the idel returnes to its normal cold start procedure. It almost feels like the throttle body is getting stuck open or somthing. anyone know what could be wrong?

 

its normal for it to shoot up to 3k as it is warming up the pre-cats..
