can you pass Emissions with out air pump?

So i want to run catless most of the time and be able to swap them in when its emissions time. Dont worry about the 5th and 6th ports, im putting that on a different system. I want to remove the acv and airpump. Can you still pass emissions with the cats in, and the airpump not connected?

No Air Pump renders your ACV useless which In turn renders your Split Air Pipe being useless which leads to a smoked out Cat.

Didn't you post the same question? Or was It somebody else? Deja Vu perhaps? I would do a search.

That Is the function of the ACV. Your Air Pump Is continuious but It the ACV that redirects the air at a given RPM.
