function of rad. temp sensor?
i'm putting in a griffin rad.,just need to know,if somebody can tell me,what the sensor is for in the bottom of the radiator,so i can figuere out if it can be eliminated or not.thanks.

It WILL keep the car from doing the standard 17 second fasts idle when started (approx 3000rpm) and it will make the relief solenoid (the blue one) work improperly keeping the relief valve in the air control valve open when it normally not be open (emissions). The above is true if you do not have it functioning.

so,then,since i dont have any emmisions on my car,the only thing would be the lack of high idle at startup....correct?this sounds like a good thing....!thanks
