Full throttle stumble at 5000 rpm

Alright, it did it before I got my RB turbo back, and now the I have my exhaust and FCD, I am still getting a stumble at 5000 at full throttle... If I accelerate through that part of the powerband slowly, no stumble... I'm thinking dirty/clogged injectors, however, I had an injector cleaning done (without pulling them out, just the stuff through the vacuum line, gas tank and oil) and it hasn't improved.... Any ideas?

How about the fuel filter? And the stuff throught the fuel sucks, it doesn't get everything out like a real cleaning, send them to rc engineering for $25 each. Sounds like a lean miss, a flatspot.
