full three inch

hi i searched and searched and i really can't get the answer i need. I want to make 1 full turbo back 3'' pipe all the way to the back of the car on the passenger side, then add a performace free flow muffler. not duals just one and obviously no emissions. the car is a series four with a series five install, but i am running a "mysterious" turbo wich is not stock but as far as i know it is the same dimensions and performs the same, simply a replacement. i call it mysterious because no one knows what it is. but its not anything special. maybe more durable than stock but not better flowing i don't think. i have series five fuel injectors and feul rails. i have a feul cut defencer and other than that every thing else is factory, oh the atmoshphere vented bov. what i was hoping is that somebody could tell me whether that exhaust would make the car run lean. i have no aftermarket anything. no boost guage. no air fuel meter (yet). but i haven modified the intake at all or done any free flow mods. but will my car's fuel delivery system be able to keep up with that wide open exhaust, if i put 1 full turbo back three incher? somebody must have a fairly good opinion for me. thanks for your time

It not good to not know which turbo you have because you really dont know what boost levels its capable of. I mean if you can somehow find out what turbo that is then it will help you a lot. The reason for this is that you dont want to be running higher boost levels then what the turbo is capable of. This is because it will not last long at all. Now unless you dont care about this situation then dont worry about what turbo it is and just use it as long as you can.
As far as the exaust I guarantee that youll be running richer, boosting higher, and making it more dangerous for your engine. Also you need to make sure you have a good wastegate so that you dont creep.
The main things are to make sure the fuel is there and to know what your boosting to. For that youll need a good boost gauge, like an autometer for example. Also get an a/f gauge. And most importantly is to get a bigger fuel pump. Id keep those s5 fuel injectors and rails for now you prob wont need more fuel just yet. And lastly consider getting somthing to control it with like an S-AFC, that will really boost power and allow you to keep things at a safe level.
For all these things things your looking at some $$$ maybe like a little over 1k. But do it right dont risk that lovely rotary for anything. And happy boosting!!

AF gauges are about as useless as **** on a bull. Get a decent EGT gauge like the Autometer Pro Comp, or the Greddy. Or you're risking serious damage to your engine.

highy possible. depends on what your final boost is. get a boost gauge. put the exhuast on. if it goes over 10psi let off as fast as you can.

I would get both a boost gauge and a walbro 255 fuel pump first. then you should be safe to 10psi. but if it goes over 10 psi. there is no easy way to lower it. and you are kinda stuck never being able to floor the car. unless you restrict the exhuast.
