Full Emmissions (and more) removal: check me!

so Im preparing to renistall my engine ina week or so here. while its been out of service ive been reading through posts and the FSM to find out what I can remove! id jsut like an experts thumbs up before I go with it.

(1990 n/a)

-The entire rats nest is being removed.
-the 12V signal from the 6Pi or the VDI solenoid will be used to activate a small electic pump via a 30 amp relay, this pump with open the 6pi and VDI when signalled from the ECU.
-Vacuum lines will be run from the pressure sensor and fuel pressure regulator to vacuuum on the LIM.
-ACV, BAC, and MOP will be removed and blocked off with plates and RTV sealant.
New fuel lines will be run from filter to primaries, primaries to secondaries, and secondaries to tank. Normal oil injectors will be reinserted, but holes for oil and air will be snipped and blocked off with JB weld. Ie.. they will be bolts.
-Charcoal cannister will be removed. Line will be trimmed back, and a valve will be installed. the end of the line will have a thick filter sort of thing on the end to prevent excessive gas spillage in the event of a rollover, the valve will be able to close off the line if the car is being parked in the garage, to avoid the stench.
-TB mod has been performed, and TB has been ported and smoothed. Thermowax and other unnecesary things have been removed. coolant line to thermowax will be blocked off at block.
-A/C and power steering removed

-Im not sure what to do concerning the purge valve and the crankcase ventilation system now since the CC is gone now. can anyone help?

thats all I can think of at the moment. any forseen problems concernign the vacuum routing and 6pi and VDI activation? any feedback will be appreciated!

This is my first one but i wish i knew how to remove the nest of vaccume lines but i don't really know enough about what they do to know where to begin. Anyway did someone make a thread about this? I just kind of would like to learn a little more about it. this is my first engine rebuild so i'm just learning as i go.

well i find that if you dont have emissions testing in your state its alot easier to leave the emissions off when assembling your engine to put back in. its alot less to hook up and looks a hell of alot cleaner. check out Rotaryresurrection.com and search around this forum. I had no clue on what i was doing a few months ago. after viewing RR's site and reading, reading, and reading some more and having the stuff right in front of me i figuired it out . its very easy check it out ,, its worth it imo

theres a great emmissions removal thread in the 2nd gen archives somewhere, check that out. Kevin Landers' write up on www.rotaryressurection.com (tech section) is really informative too

It seems simple enough, Im jsut making sure I didnt misunderstand anything!

You’ll need plenty of vacuum caps in sizes 5/32”, º”, and 3/8”. ". now what size is the middle one?? sorry for the noob question but i dont know what it is?
