i now have a 91 t11 and wana know what would be the best kind and type i should look for if i am looking to reach 3-400 hp?

Big difference between 300HP and 400HP.

300HP: 680CC primary, 720CC secondary
400HP: 720CC primary, 1600CC secondary (yes, I know that's quite a lot of fuel)

What duty cycle did you use for those estimates AAron? They seem a little conservative.

Conservative? More like way over the top. Based on max duty cycle of 80%, Aaron's two combos are good for ~370fwhp and 620fwhp respectively.

The stock 550cc/min injectors can support ~300fwhp and replacing the secondaries with anything bigger than 950cc/min will get you up to 400fwhp. Again this is at 80% duty cycle, and all of these figures assume your fuel pump can maintain the correct fuel pressure at that flow.
