Is this fuelcut or something else?

My car seems to stop accelerating at a point.

I see my aftermarket guage go up to about 7-8 psi and the rpms go up to like 5500 to 6000, then the engine cuts out. I let off really fast. It feels as if someone hits the key, I also see my boost guage drop very quickly. Is this fuel cut?

I am running a homemade Stoaks FCD in my car, and I tuned it to 3.3v which is about a 7.8psi choke. For some reason, I cannot lower my fcd anymore. I have no idea why, I have looked over the schematic 100 times and I just cant figure it out.

At what boost pressure is the stock fuel cut on my car? Its a 1987 tII and it was built in 86 so it has the low impedence injectors if that makes a difference.

People, please help before I blow my motor, I just want to make sure this sounds like fuel cut and not something stupid.

Sounds about right - fuel-cut is triggered about 1psi over stock boost.&nbsp In your case it's about 6.5psi.
