o man, im almost embarrassed to show these!!! the engine bay looks so nasty (i had recently had the hood refinished/painted and they didnt remove it!! thats where all the "dust" is from). there are pics on pages 2, 3, and 4 i believe. keep in mind, THERE HAVE BEEN MANY CHANGES SINCE THIS THREAD WAS MADE. just hold onto your horses until i get the motor back in!

you'll be fine with 550/680 but if you ever plan to do any other mods you might as well go 720. but if you do you'll have to tune, obviously..

(i beleive it was due to the high compression NA rotors + hot air charge due to lack of intercooler +old age of motor)) either way, while its being rebuilt i went ahead and installed TII rotors (lower compression) and plan on installing a water injection system for EXTRA safety. my question is, should i just upgrade the primaries to 550cc as well, or will this be even more overkill? either way, running too rich wouldnt be a problem since i have an safc, right? thanks in advance
Most supercharger threads end with a blown engine, this thread starts with one.

I hope it works out and the fuel mods help. You probably need an ecu that will allow you to retard the timing as well.

Good luck!
