fuel through TB hole

I have an 88 gxl i am currently rebuilding and i have pretty much everything except the throttle body on the engine, so i went to turn it over to make sure it didnt rust in place etc. and fuel came shooting through the throttle body main hole, i also tried to take the inj. fuse out and disconnect the secondaries but it still happened, what would cause this to happen

hmmm, i think i figured out the problems, one of the primary injectors is stuck open and the fpr is bad, has anyone ever heard of it shooting the fuel through the vacuum nipple instead of the return line? because it would seem thats what is happening
