I think its a vaccum leak. I had this happen to me before, maybe the flapper for the Air Meter is stuck, I do not know the year of the car, but I have also seen this before.

The AFM is fine, I've swapped in another one from a perfect running TII.

CAS...duh, please excuse my ignorance. I haven't touched it, but could it still be bad? I see in the FSM how to check it, maybe I'll give that a shot.

I did notice last night that there is no gasket between the UIM and LIM, but the car had been running this way before, but I will get a gasket in there as soon as I get one.
