Fuel pump retaining screws

I`ve searched and searched....I know what to do and what not to, but my screws musta been the worst ones on here. 2 came out after 2 days of soakng. stripped 2 heads, broke two while chiseling... decided to just drill out. Ok, got the shaft left on 4 of em, used vise grip, and 4 broke completely off. Now what to do? drill and tap? If so whats size tap? Or should I just look for a new tank?

Thanks in advance for any input on this.

Given that I'm in Australia I can't tell you where to get them but you just need an easy out. Go to a hardware store and ask them take one of the intact screws in and tell them thats the size you need.

An easy out is or the screw is? Nothing wrong with an easy out as long as your not retarted.
