Fuel Pump Relay?
Right next to the coils. Its the main EGI relay.. Should be the one that turns on the fuel pump.

Got a Haynes manual? There's a picture of it in there. Looks like a shiney little box thing... rounded on the top, with wires plugging into the bottom.. bolted to the drivers side fender area with ONE bolt on a metal tab.
