fuel pump

say i put in a bosch 044 pump, with surge tank and carter gold pre pump.

and boosting along at high boost, then fuel pump dies.

what happens, will anything get damaged, if so wat can i do to prevent this?

Fuel pump dies at boost? Probably A nice lean condition followed by some pops..

any way to prevent this if pump dies.

like cutting ignition when it dies, some sorta circuit

i dunno, sounds expensive a pump dying

It sounds like you haven't actually done any of this, so why are you asking? Why would you expect new pumps to die?

why else

so when i do, do it, i can do it right

and if the pump unexpectably died maybe from a bad batch or somethign.
