well make sure you get one which is for fuel injection since carb is less pressure.
Pretty much you can make your own for a couple bucks.
Get like 1 ft FI hose and a metal/brass T
Then put the hose on one side and connect the other side to the stock line.
Then get a high pressure liquid meter and put it on the T'd part.
I was going to leave on in my system but left it be due to trying to get it running asap.
I got 3/8th barbed ens which have male threaded ends. Then you can get a Tee which accepts the mail ends and just screw in a pressure guage on the extra spot.
Make sure you use teflon tape though! My line deveolped a small leak so I had to pull it off and redo the threads.

Any 100psi gauge will work fine. Al lyou need is a brass tee and some clamps like Digi7ech said and you're set. There's even a good picture of what you need to do on page F1-49 (NA) or F2-45 (Turbo) of the S5 FSM.
