Fuel Pressure Reg Vaccume line (where does it go)?

Just fininshing up my engine swap and I noticed that the vacume line that runs straight down from my series 4 FPR is hanging loose. Which vaccume nipple does it hook to? Also, does it need any kind of check valve or anything? This is my first boosted motor so I'm a newb at this. Thanks!

No check-valve required. Plug it in.

BTW, pic one is a series 5 lower intake (mine is series 4 but it's all together so I couldn't take a picture of it but the same nipple is there).
