fuel mods

i am planning on putting one of those TID, changing the manifold, and doing the 3" turbo back exhaust thing. i expect boost to spike to like 10psi maybe, im not sure. but i dont want my car to run lean and detonate. so what fuel mods do you guys think i need? i just had rc engineering clean my stock injectors so i kind of dont want to get 720cc right now.

I would get a larger pump - a walbro 255 is a common upgrade...either that or a fresh OE pump...since yours is undoubtedly ten plus years old.

if you have clean injectors then you SHOULD be ok however 720's really should be utilized.......you'll probably be ok though.

A fuel cut defensor will NEED to be installed if you want to boost past 8 point something....I forget the specific number.....

other than that - happy boosting....although someone will no doubt add a few other things

Nah, usually 10 PSI is okay for the stock fueling. I wouldnt personally go much further then that.

I would port the hell out of the wastegate, it will likely spike more then 10psi, if you have the single s4 wg I would say this is a necessity.

IMO the fuel pump should be upgraded at the same time as adding a FCD. For 10psi an FD pump will be fine and drops straight in.
