Fuel line upgrades

Hey guys been a little while but now I am looking at going S.S. for gas lines on my T2 . My thoughts for output on my car are 4-500 hp . I'm wondering which size to go with though -6 or -8 . Any suggestions appreciated .

On the pressure side, a single -6 is generally good for 500bhp, and a single -8 is generally good for 1,000bhp, so -6 will work fine for your application. If you are using an external fuel pump, then use -8 for the suction hose.

The Aeromotive website has a nice power planning section if you are looking for ideas.
