fuel line question

Has anyone ever put stainless steel braided fuel lines between the fuel filter and the fuel rails and back to the return? If so what does it take to do that? Just curious, I have had two fuel leaks in the past year around the hose clamps going to the fuel rails, first on the secondaries and now on the primary rail.

A lot of this thread will apply. But stainless lines are expensive and overkill for what you need.
