fuel issue's need help asap

ok guys, i just install a after-market fuel press. (BM) and now it wont start up. at first i notice that the fuel press was to high. i took off the plugs and clean it with brake cleaner and turn down the fuel press but now it wont start.

one other thing if i use a after market fuel press. do i need to remove the stock fuel press????? thanks

This is only my third post on this site, but I'd recommend not using two Fuel Pressure Regulators on the engine at one time. Chunk the ............wait a minute! What kind of engine do you have? Turbo? Non Turbo? Stock turbo or???? Stock ECU or mICKEy tECh? Or?????
