well the fuel pump that i put in turns out to be a FD fuel pump but my question is....do fd fuel pumps have a fuel cut cause i was starting out my drift tonight and as soon as i hit about 5500rpm it lost all power then we it got to 1000 rpm it came back?

or could my injectors/fuel rail be bad or do i have fouled spark plugs?

 

how low was your gas?? what kind of motor do you have and whats done to it ??????

 

Like all fuel pumps, If has power it pumps.
Fuel cut is done by the ECU not firing the injectors.

Any check codes?

 

gas level was 3/4 full and i figured out whats wrong i put in a aftermarket fuel pump 255l per hr pump so basically its running so rich right now it floods my engine if i go wot so tommrrow i'm going to get a lower liter per hr like 175

 

Are you running turbo or N/A? that's a great pump for turbos... upgrade those secondaries and you will be flying...
