Will Tii high impendence injectors fit in the n/a fuel rails?

Yes, but unless you have some radical porting or forced induction, all it will do is make the car run rich, waste fuel, and make less power.

Well i am turboing my n/a so i was making sure the Tii injectors will fit before getting some.

The read my thread in the archives, and the links in the FAQ. It covers all this. TII injectors are about the minimum I would recommend. You should go with TII 550CC primaries, and 720CC secondaries to start off with.
