Fuel Injector Retainer Bracket/Clips
I'm looking for the bracket or clips that secure the primary fuel injectors to the rail.
Specifically for a 1990 20B although I would guess 13B parts from the same year would probably work. Any ideas?
TIA

He might mean the spring clips that are a part of the electrical connector that connects to the injectors jack........I suppose. The spring clip that keeps the electrical plug from falling off the injector.........I suppose.

And I'm not talking about the clips for the secondary injector electrical connectors.
I recently applied fuel pressure and one of the primary injectors literally popped off the rail. After closer inspection I noticed 5mm screw holes on either side of the primary injectors where there appears to be some sort of bracket or clip that should secure the injectors to the primary rail. Except I don't have them, if they do exist, I probably lost them during the many months of rebuilding.

Does your primary fuel rail look like the primary rail in the link above?
Are the brackets on that rail what you are missing?

The attached photo is from a camera phone and not very clear unfortunately.
But you can just see the black threaded holes on either side of the injector.

3rd gen for sale section
i have a set for an FD but i try to keep the things i only have one of because it takes extra time later when i need them for a customers car who needs little things like this to finish. if you don't have any luck i'll see if i may have a second set of spares but not a complete set for a 20B which would require 1 1/2 full FD set.

I finally found a photo of rails on Mazdatrix showing what I need. I'm still waiting for them to respond with whether they sell them separately. I'll look at the for sale section here in the mean time.

not offhand, ray crowe at malloy mazda should be able to help you with them if they are available seperately. the ones shown on the mazdatrix site function the same way as the aluminum ones shown above. i'm sure there are a few people with single turbos in the for sale section who have spare secondary rails with the caps sitting in boxes being unused as many FD guys who have gone single have ditched that secondary rail.

I was thinking 3rd gen, but a quick search couldn't confirm.
Anyhow, I found what you're looking for in the '93 parts fiche. The PN is JE48-13-ZG1. http://www.rotaryheads.com/PDF/3rd_g...3%20ENGINE.pdf

Thanks again for all the assistance.
I decided to take one last look at all the "stuff" lying around from the tear down and there they were. Right in front of my nose the whole time. Good thing too, they weren't going to be cheap to replace.
