Fuel injector problem
So i think my front rotor is the only one getting gas. I have a 87 turbo swap 13b streetport and I'm trying to get it started. I thought it was really flooded so I took my plugs out and cranked it and put a white towle under it the spark plug holes and it gas only came out the front rotor?

Backprobe the ECU. It's the easiest access without taking off the UIM. The injectors have +12v applied when the key is on, so you'll want to pull up the wiring diagram and figure out which wire coming out of the ecu pulses ground to which injectors.
My guess is that if fuel was coming out of the spark plug hole, it was probably flooded really badly. Try taking off a vacuum line and pour some oil in the port, then crank it with the EGI fuse out. Keep doing this until you hear compression.
You may need to get a battery charger (or jumper cables) to keep it charged while doing this.
