Question Fuel Injector Identification/replacement help

I picked up some used injectors for my 88 vert (N/A) and when I went to put them in, i realized the electrical connection was different.. The "key" on electrical connection of the ones I took out are off-centered. The ones I bought are centered. They both appear to have the same numbers on them (195500-1350) My question is, whats the difference? or perhaps, more importantly, how do I specify what kind I need? Of course, part of me wants to just cut the key off and see what happens, but i suppose they were manufactured differently for a reason
