fuel/impedance question

If I have high impedance primary fuel injectors can I use low impedance injectors for secondaries with haltech? How this **** works?

i have now 2x550cc prim. and 2x720cc sec. Would it be overkill to go 1600cc sec? Goal is ~375-400rwhp and it would be easier to me to get a map for e6k if IŽd go 550/1600.

I know alot of people go with 550/1600 but does it work better for the car if IŽd go for example 720/1200? How about 550/720 + additional injectors? does anyone have e6k map for additional injectors?

Thanks

i kno my microtech lt8 has separate injector drivers, haltech should have them, but dont quote me on this, ask the haltech section, or better yet, search, its somewhere around here.

yea, but 1600's are cheaper and easier to find than 1200's.

why **** with additional injectors? its just additional money, additional parts, and more additional **** to **** up. and besides if you only want ~400hp, u dont need em.

Yes you can. The Haltech manual explains this.

If you use 550cc/min primaries you'd need ~1350cc/min each from the secondaries to make 400rwhp safely. Go with the 1600's.

It would work, but smaller primaries are better for idle and low-load performance and 1600's are easier to get as mentioned.

Waste of time. The whole point of using something as sophisticated as the Haltech is so you don't have to resort to the old ways of doing things. The factory injector locations are best.
