TPS or boost sensor may cause the problems you're seeing. You do have a TII boost/MAP sensor, right? And get rid of the NA AFM. It changes how the ECU adjusts fuel, which is a bad thing. The ECU, MAP & AFM should all be TII.

65psi of oil pressure above 3k RPM is within spec.

Series five boost/pressure sensors put out a different voltage/value than a series five boost/pressure sensor. So if your using a series four turbo ECU, the output of the series five boost sensor isn't going to be the right thing.

imho you need to buy a series four boost/pressure sensor. I mean you have series four ECU I assume and series four wiring.

I don't think a series four TPS will just bolt on a series five turbo thottle body........even though I've never tried or seen it tried.

IF the engine came with a series five TPS, then you could wire the series four EM harness to the narrow range series five TPS sensor. The narrow range is the same thing as what you find on the series four. You figure out how to do that. Not hard.

I'm guessing you don't have the TPS connected up right now.
