Fuel Delivery Issue?

So my car has been running well lately and I decided to go to Phoenix for the weekend. It drove fine all the way down and I was having a good time speeding. I noticed my exhaust get loud so I inspected it and found the nuts were coming off the downpipe...so I fixed it.

Im driving around town today and all of a sudden lose all power when I step on the gas. I limped my way to a gas station with it lurching back and forth at 5mph. I shut the car off and inspect. Nothing. Car starts up and drives but wont work well under boost. After this I notice my Wideband is reading full lean when I accelerate. So I make sure not to boost. When I let off the gas it goes full rich. I disconnected the O2 sensor so I could run closed loop all the way home and maybe run it a little rich.

Any Ideas whats going on? The car drove fine 2 hours back home without me boosting at all lol. Of course I had to see what would happen and I got the stutter right before I hit any serious PSI...

Oh and its an 89, mods below

No I mean the charge pipe somewhere between the turbo and the throttle body has a leak, hose popped off or something.
