fuel cuts and high idle

first off my car is warmed up and its nice and warm outside. but anyway i was driving around for a good hour or so and ive been getting bad fuel cuts in the upper range of my car, im thinking its the fact that my turbo is about to take a **** but any other opinions would be nice

edit: its only when im not hitting 10 psi or higher which i dont want to do at the moment with the dying turbo
it can start as low as 4500 and normally starts as high as 6k

also my idle is stuck at the 1500 mark any ideas on how to fix that? its only been doin that since i put on my fmic and it seems intermittent the wire going to the sensor is fine but maybe the sensor is dead?

Try checking the throttle cable. may help bring down the idle.
