fuel cut symptoms

What is it like when you hit fuel cut. Does the car die completly or does it just stop accelerating and jerk around.

I'm asking cause I think I might have hit it today. Not a good thing I've heard but not deadly also.

Thanks
Tim

Fuel is cut to the rear rotor, so if you can imagine what a 7000rpm single-rotor sounds like then that's it.

Basically power is instantly cut by half for as long as you keep your foot down. It will go back to normal as soon as you lift off and boost drops. It does not jerk on and off repeatedly, it simply drops power until you lift off. It does feel quite violent, and you can't mistake it for anything else.

Thanks guys. I'm gonna install my FCD tomorrow. That should help.
