fuel cut defender?
Hey everyone, i know ill need a FCD if i go over 8.5 lbs of boost, but i was wondering how do i put one on?!?! pease list some steps or even pics if you are cool like that!

Depends on the specific FCDs. The nicer ones just plug into the pressure sensor on the passenger shock tower. The others need to be wired in. Either way, yours should come with instructions. Pretty simple to do, but if you have to manually wire yours, DON'T CRIMP. Solder.

The really nice one is to have your ECU modded to remove the fuel cut. Check out the RTek7 chip at:

Too bad I just bought an FCD, otherwise I think I would give it a try. Looks pretty good to me and the price is reasonable.
So does the unit provide additional fuel above the old boost cut level? Or does it just flatline the fuel signal?

personally, i dont like them. i dont like the fact that it just cuts out fuel to one of the rotors. you should just port you wastegate, get a boost controller and make sure you have enough fuel mods to support whatever boost you want to run.
