Fuel Cut???
i've got near full exhaust and an intake on a 87.5 TII, and it seems to hesitae when on full boost and under full throtle, could this be the fuel cut kicking on?

fuel cut should kick on at 8.5 PSI on an S4 IIRC...

you need an FCD...and a ported wastegate...
