Arrow Fuel Computer and jdm stock lighting questions

OK as i stated in another post, my first investment for my new engine is going to be a safc ii. I have tried all kind of searches and still have a question. Does the safc ii show the actualy a/f ratio or just allow you to adjust the fuel by percentage? I ask because i need to know if i must buy an additional a/f guage like this http://www.zeitronix.com/ to effectively use my safc ii.

ALSO I would like to know exactly how jdm fc lights are wired. I have an s5 bumper on my s4 and custom lighting ftp's like the jdm style and would like them to be hooked up like stock. For example: do the fog come on with the lowbeams?, is there a seperate switch?, do the ftps only come on with the high beams yadda yadda yadda.
thanks for help on both questions, i searched but couldnt find anything

it allows you to adjust the fuel curve with % and RPM points
you will need a wideband to tune it correctly

so there is absolutely no way i can use it without a wideband o2 sensor? Does anyone know of a decent quality one for under 300 dollars? I want my car running right but i just cant afford that , especially considerign im about to register it and start paying nyc insurance (almost 4000 in parents name, almost 8000 in my name)

consider dyno tuning
Im only going to adjust my A/F ratio once since I dont plan on getting more power mods so thats what Im gonna do.

Nothing that uses a stock narrow-band O2 sensor will show you A/F ratios that you can actually use. Fuel is adjusted using plus or minus percentage corrections, just like the earlier S-AFC.

I ask because i need to know if i must buy an additional a/f guage like this http://www.zeitronix.com/ to effectively use my safc ii.
To effectively use your S-AFC you need to take the car to a dyno and have a pro tune it properly. Do not attempt to use a narrow-band A/F meter for tuning. Unless you really know what you're doing, it'll only end in tears.

do the fog come on with the lowbeams?
Only if you switch them on. The headlights are not required to be on through, the fogs will work with just the marker lights on.

is there a seperate switch?
Yes, same as US models.

do the ftps only come on with the high beams
The JDM "FTP" lights are just 5W marker lights. They come on with the tail and instrument lights, just like the marker lights on US cars.
