Fu*%ing vaccuum leak is griving me insane!!!
I have had this happen in the past and always find it, and fix it no problem. Worst case is I turn the boost up to 12psi and blow the hole open to find it easier. This one wont get worse, and I cant find it to make it better. My idle sucks(rough), the car drives all jerky at low Throttle pos.'s, the turbo whines like a bitch on spool up, and boost comes on slow as ****(all symptons of a vac leak). Also I can hear the leak, from driver side) at full boost wooshing away my HP, and sanity! I have removed the upper man. and searched 3 times now.
Any advice on finding it?

have you tried using propane or carb cleaner? try spraying it around all manifolds and everything to find it, there is a change in idle when you find the leak, it usually smooths out for a second.
have you looked at the injectors? the seals and pintle caps on them cause vac leak if they are bad
what was wrong w/ you car the last time it wouldnt run?
