front wheel bearings
...i heard that these hard hard as hell to do...and that im better of letting some garge do it for me..is this true.....or could i do it myslef?

i thought it was pretty simple... i took mine out regreased them and tightened them down when i was doing my brakes, they were pretty loose at the time... just checked them monday and theyr'e still nice and tight.. i found the torque specs on a link provide in a thread here.. let me check if i can find it again...

Mazda sells hubs as a set for a reason, they didnt' make the races replaceable.. WHy they did that? Who knows. However, if you have a dremel tool and some patience, you can do it. Mazdatrix has a how-to on their FAQ section.
If you're just repacking the bearings, and you check the races and bearings for damage/scoring, you should be ok. But if you have to replace the bearings, you really should replace the races as well. Most shops probably will not touch replacing them as Mazdatrix outlines due to liability reasons so your best bet is to find a buddy who has done it before.
