License plate location. The state I live in, VA, requires a front license plate. I have seen them in many places on the FC. Most frequently I have seen them over the trim below the hood, but above the opening (88 factory mounting location). I have also seen it lower, in front of the radiator inlet. I have seen it on many Japanese cars (overseas) in the lower left and right corners over the brake inlet ducts. Where is the best location for the front plate, since I have to have it.
