Front Mount From Thinderbird????????

I want to put the front mount IC from a supercharged rthunderbird on the front of my 7.

The core is aluminum caped with forged aluminum ends and is very good size.

Has anyone ever tried this and would have any words of wisdom?

Thanks alot

Jason

The last time I saw one of those, it looked very small. Odds are that your existing intercooler is much better. Front mounting it is a very cheap way to siginificantly increase it's effectiveness. All you need to do is remove the shrouds around it and take care of piping.

Aaron, he is thinking about the intercoolers from '89-'95 T-Bird SCs. They have a vertical, front-mount intercooler. You're probably thinking about the pre '88 4 cyl turbo coupes.
