Front Drivers side wheel problem

I put my 86 N/A on the hoist today and the front driver side wheel was really really hard to turn it would spin for a little then it would stop you can not move what so ever but even before it stopped it was hard I don't know what could be causing it I thought that maybe it was the brakes but I did not get a chance any Ideas.

Dragging / seized brake caliper?
Pull the brake caliper off or drop the brake pads and try and turn again - is it still sticky?
If so, it's the wheel bearings - replace them if necessary.
