what happens when you remove the emisions........and what is the rats nest???

 

Uh, you can't pass any emissions testing?

The "rat's nest" is what most people call the mess of metal pipes and hoses underneath the upper intake manifold.
If removing emissions, the majority of that stuff can be removed.
