front chin spoiler

My factory spoiler bit the dust along time ago. Are there any after market alternatives or is there a place to get the factory one cheap

Umm, try a junk yard. Or possibly eBay. As for aftermarket, start with RX7.com and work your way through links.

I just got mine from Douglas at Demonspeed. He is back and shipping of course.
I can send you a picture of mine if you wish or go to the Demonspeed website. I think his car has one on it, the yellow one if I remember.

I can't post them here as you need to have them hosted or something weird like that. You can't just attach them as I understand.

OK, I'll take the pictures and email when I get home this afternoon.
I think it will look good attached. I just got mine last week and had to get some other parts in the meantime, but I can send a picture of the unit before installation if desired.

Does anyone have it on a car that's not black (pre-89)? I'm really considering getting this just because how cheap it is.

Mike Lamonica does one for about $150, good looking too. Similar to that one.

I'd honestly like to see any pictures of cars that have the Deamonspeed chin spoiler installed. Series 4 especially. The picture on the website is pretty low quality.

Who has this installed? How is the build quality? Email them to me directly if you can't post them.

Actually the Dealership was pretty cheap, BUT YOU MUST ASK FOR the 89+ front chin spoilers. Both the 1 piece and 3 piece types are reasonable, but the 86-88 ones are too expensive.

Otherwise, go with an aftermarket RX-7 specific one.

I pulled the first one from it's mold today. I need to trim it and polish the release wax from it. I'll be making about one per day now, especially this holiday weekend. The first six though, are already sold. I couldn't ship one to any of you until probably the end of next week.

The price is $150 shipped within the lower 48 United States. I'll do Hawaii, Alaska and international shipping but, you'll pay more shipping.

Here is the first one, right after I pulled it from the mold, yet to be trimmed and polished.

This spoiler is black gel coated. It also has a textured finish that the one in my photo above does not have. I can do the textured finish, a finish that is very similar to the "rock-guard" that is on our rocker panels. There is a $2 charge for the textured finish.

I'm sorry for the poor quality photo. I'll get a photo outside, in the morning.
