Front Camber Adjustment and Kits

Just curious. I've read about the easy front camber adjustment of rotating the shock towers. After doing this what is the maximum total camber this will give me, to the negative direction of course.

Also I've read about the camber adjustment bolts...has anybody used these to good success? has anyone had a failure with using these? What is the maximum camber that can be acheived with these bolts?

-30' or "minus thirty seconds" - that's equal to half a degree.

I would never recommend them on the track.
They all slip.
