Front bumper cover

So friday I was trying to remove my fenders, bumper, and front lip and I believe I have every bolt off on my fenders, front bumper, and front lip but seems to me I still can't get it detached...? it seems like I have 2 bolts on each side holding my cover and fenders together to the body. Does anybody have a write up or can help explain how I can take off those last 4 bolts?
Thanks,
Jarrad

and theres a bolt on each side, 10mm head, that you need to raise the headlights to reach. its right down by the outside lower corner of the headlights, if you reach down under them from the center of the car you can feel them

use PB blaster, they tend to rust and snap.
