front bumper accident..any write ups to remove?
front bumper accident..any write ups to remove?
so I was involved in an accident and the front drivers side of the bumper is pushed back about 1cm so now my hood won't close all the way....are there any detailed write ups or guides to help me remove it?
I did a search and couldn't find any detailed guides.

Bumper removal is pretty straight-forward. There will be a series of bolts holding it on up top, underneath the hood. Also there is bolts along the bottom. Then you need to remove the inner fender lining, and from there you can reach the bolts ( 3 or 4) that go from the front of the fender into the bumper. ANd thats it..

yea, you'll need like 5 extensions to get the ones for the bumper-fender

yeah, bumpers and fenders are probably the easiest things to remove. you see a bolt, you pull it.

I believe bumper removal has been covered before...A search should turn it up...I've posted detailed instructions in the past.
