front bumper

does anyone know how to take off the front bumper of 86 rx7? cause my lip got cracked and i wanna take it off

3 nuts at the top

4 on each side, u have to reach in behind the gaurds and take the nuts out.

Yea, theres 4 on each side behind a guard. Your gonna need a good size extention to get to them. If im not mistaken theyre 10mm.

It's easy to find them....you might wanna take out the air ducts (if you still have them) from underneath, so your hands can feel the nuts.

Anyone that is really into the RX7 should invest in the shop manual. You can get them on eBay. It is an integral part of working on your 7.

Anywho...just take a flashlight and look behind the splash guards under the wheel wells and look towards the outside edge of the bumper. You will see the screws they are referring to. They might be rusty...so you may need to spray them with some Liquid Wrench or the like to free them up.
