my old room mates used to have one of those and I've been looking everywhere for one. know where I can pic one up?
so on yours you have all the screws out and the rotor is just stuck? isn't there a threaded hole you can start threading a bolt into until it pops the rotor off?

it's called an 'Impact Driver', you can put sockets or screwdriver bits in it and it digs in and turns as you hit it with a hammer. you can pick them up at most any hardware store or you can try post tool or harbor frieght if you have such tool stores where you live. they also have online stores if you need to order one.

Are you replacing the rotors or reusing them? Either way, a hammer around the edges will help break them free. Brake systems are one of those few places where if something doesn't move, usually a bigger hammer will solve the problem.
Also, I believe you can thread a bolt through the screw-holes and help pry it off that way - usually some pressure from behind plus use of a hammer pops things like that off.
Liberally soaking the hub/rotor interface with PB Blaster may make things easier as well.

be sure to spray some rust penetrant on the hub and around the studs and let that set up and work it's way in for a while then go beat the **** outta the hub face of the rotor where the studs are with a hammer but don't hit the studs or damage them. if it is seriously rusted on there then you will need to destroy the rotors to get them off by beating on the inside face or using a puller to get em off.

you can drill off the heads for the screws that hold the rotor to the hub, they just hold the rotor there during assembly and whenever the car is up on a lift for a brake job it prevents the rotor from falling off and smashing the mechanics foot.
usually the rotor rusts right to the hub and you cant get it separated without bashing it with a sledge hammer, in which case you should really take the entire hub off the car to prevent damaging the other parts but at least try pounding it with something extremely massive/heavy. a hammer wont do the trick sometimes but a big sledge will break it loose in one or two tries because it has so much more mass/inertia.
good luck
