Friend buying 3rd gen. Need help stat.

Looks like the 3rd gen members dont know **** about thier cars. Anyways im going to post here.

94 with intake exaust and body kit. 7 grand. Started few days ago and no smoke. Now it doesnot start. When cranking it blows black smoke.

Is it bad oil rigns or just blowing out excessive gas from faulty injectors???

So far since the engine just went I would say he would need a partial engine rebuild wich should cost less than 2 gs. Right?

How can we start his car today. Any tricks like ATF mabey or pulling the fuse and cranking.

Yo,

Unless you have lots of money, and I mean LOTS of money, stay away from 3rd Gens. They are money pits.

Yo,

It should help him, if he's thinking of buying one. Stay away! Run!

There's not really a such thing as a "partial engine rebuild"...
