fresh build, 3000rpm idle- lots of mods

here's the rundown:
91 six port
-secondary sleeves completely removed, pineapple racing secondary inserts are permanently affixed to the irons
- stock intake manifold with secondary port valves rigged permanently open
- everything blocked off, OMP, idle control, secondary port actuators, etc.
- megasquirt, MAF deleted
- big street port

What confuses me is that it seems like it has a huge vaccum leak. At idle it can go as high as 4k. Every vaccum port on the manifold is plugged though, and I can't see any leaks anywhere.

The only place where it seems air can get in is through the pinhole in the throttle body. that upper hole in between the two secondary butterflies doesn't make it all the way inside the manifold, does it?

I'm just pretty confused since I've triple checked that everything is blocked, and it seems to still be able to suck in a huge amount of air. any ideas?
