I know there is easy free/cheap mods that can be performed on 2nd gen Tii (86-88) I'd like a list of these mods...Because I done have to pass emmissions or anything. And No one that I know of has ever gotten a sitation for loud exhaust... So basically anything can go...

Remove all emissions junk, gut cats, TID mod.

 

free-flow exhaust will make your hp skyrocket. But you'll need to do some fuel mods
Oh crap, you wanted free mods . Well, you can also do the TB mod, but that's more for response, it's not really an hp gain. You can also port the intake manifold, get a better intake filter, and gut your cats (again, i would just buy a new exhaust, the gutted version is supposed to sound bad).

gut cats remove ac powerstearing and air pump, take weght off you car with whatever is not needed(spare tire, jack, under carpet mats, ect...) feiro fan electric fan. but you cant forget the big ones put a huge wing on it a body kit and ton's i mean ton's of nos stickers on your car yull be running 9's
