sorry i dont have any pics, but i thought this engine was pretty interesting as i took it apart.

heres the report:

S4 Water pump assembly
S4 turbo injectors
S4 turbocharger
S4? front iron
S5 turbo front rotor housing
S4? center iron
S4 N/A rear rotor housing
S4 rear iron
S4? eccentric shaft
S5 flywheel
S5 rotors
S5 front weight
3 piece apex seals
S6 side seal springs
S5 tension bolts

porting work obviously freehand
front iron street port breeched water jacket, patch welded in.
center iron ports untouched
rotor housing exhaust ports untouched
rear iron street port similar to front

S4 N/A rotor housing used in rear position, blocking coolant port to turbo
N/A rotor housing with diffuser removed, loose exhaust sleeve

front needle bearing dropped/crushed

no oil pan gasket used, only silicone. debris on oil pickup screen.

rear dowel pin seat cracked, oil leak. reason for removal of engine from car.
