FPR install question
I'm getting ready to istall my new SX RR-FPR. I've got the whole intake runner assembly off and took the vaccum spider off, so now is the time to do it. Here's my plan. Shoot holes in it if I have missed anything or if my thinking is off.
5/16" hose from fuel filter to FPR. Bottom port on FPR to return line. Plumb a -10AN line from the FPR to the secondary fuel rail. Take off the stock FPR and put in an adapter to go from -10AN to the rail. Take off the pulsation dampener and plug the rail.
The pulsation dampener is a known problem on the cars, so I'd like to remove it, and the stock FPR being there is just in the way at this point since I'm replacing it with a better unit.
Ideas? Comments?
Thanks!
